Overview
Located at the heart of the European institutions, the Microsoft Executive Briefing Center welcomes organisations from Europe, the Middle East and Africa for strategic discussions with government officials, public-sector and commercial organisations.

The challenge
Scanning a busy corporate event space meant careful time and space management, working around meetings and visitors without disturbing the venue.

The solution
A full Matterport 3D Showcase, 3D floor plan and photo set. Microsoft's team used the tour to give future visitors a virtual look at the facility and plan their day before they arrive.
